Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Knighton

Day 2: Knighton to Cwm

12.5 miles (20km).

Day 3: Cwm to Buttington

15.2 miles (24.32km)

Day 4: Buttington to Llanymynech.

10.3 miles (16.48km).

Day 5: Llanymynech to Craignant

12 miles (19.2km).

Day 6: Craignant to Llangollen, via Castell Dinas Bran.

11 miles (17.6km).

Day 7: Trefor Rocks to Clwyd Gate.

14.5 miles (23.2km)

Day 8: Clwyd Gate to Bodfari.

11 miles (17.6km)

Day 9: Bodfari to Prestatyn.

12 miles (19.2km)

Day 10: Depart after breakfast.

Good standard accommodation at a mixture of Guesthouses, Farmhouses, local Inns and B&B’s with ensuite or private facilities wherever possible, breakfast, luggage transfers, personal transfer between accommodation and path where necessary, route planning, Walk Pack including Trail Guide, itinerary, accommodation directions, local interest leaflets and all holiday planning.

Rest Days ~
Recommended location for a Rest Day is Llangollen.

You choose which day you would like your holiday to start on. We will book your holiday in accordance with your requirements.

Travel arrangements for arrival/departure ~
Railway stations are located in Knighton and Prestatyn. The train journey from Prestatyn to Knighton takes approximately 3 hours. If you prefer to arrive by car, you can leave your car at the Offa’s Dyke Centre in Knighton (with prior authorisation).
